High Coast Images: Winter walks a few steps from the front door

Although there is some snow and cold in winter, a short walk by the sea offers very suggestive images. Water, ice and sky are the protagonists. The light is reflected in an incredible way on the surface and appearance of the sea is constantly changing in unexpected ways.

So even if the laziness (and climate) would prompt us to easily pull back in the comfortable warmth of the holiday is really hard to resist the call ... in contrast, are often enough a few minutes and a bit of "sacrifice" to collect images really striking.

In section - Höga Kusten - Winter time views - dedicated to the collection of photos of the High Coast, we continue to publish photos that we want to share with those who desire to know this beautiful part of Sweden. Many of the images were taken during their often short walks in the few hours of intense light that characterize this period of winter days.

The silence and the sound of water and ice in the photos are not heard, but still leave traces in the experience of those who have the desire (and luck) to live the High Coast in winter.
