gasthamn.jpg

Docksta Havet Base Camp is now in the Gästhamnsguiden network, that shows the flag with the yellow anchor on a blue background: in Sweden it's really a bible for cruisers and sailors!

Gästhamnsguiden is the official guide of the Swedish National Association of Guest Harbours for SXK, Svenska Kryssarklubben, the Swedish Cruising Association.

The Swedish Guest Harbour Guide presents eleven coastal areas with maps showing the position of the guest harbours. For each harbour, the text includes information about the relevant chart number, nautical position, name of harbour master, mooring fees and harbour facilities. "A Guest Harbour is more than a boat place": through the 485 classified swedish gästhamnen you have a wide offer, from simple mooring at a pier to the full services marina. There are also many excellent natural harbours wich provide toilets and waste disposal facilities.

All the harbours in the network are approved and classified by Svenska Kryssarklubben in accordance with a system adopted throughout the Nordic Countries. More at Svenska Kryssarklubben website.

Over 600 swedish guest harbours and severals useful informations for sailors are available also at www.gasthamnsguiden.se, your first virtual leg to plan your next summer cruising in Sweden!
