The County of Västernorrland plans big investments on Nature conservation

In 2008 the County is going to invest 61,5 millions of kronor in projects related to the conservation and exploitation of our landscape.
The investments are focused on three main projects.
First one is related to the first Marine natural reserve in the Region * - within EU Natura-2000 network.

Second goal is a pilot-project about the improvement of the entrances to the Skoleskogen National park and third is about to improve the protection on marine environments, also through a new classification of the shores.
