The "Best Available Technology" in fish farming exists and is real!

On the contrary of what claimed very often in the MKB (Miljökonsekvensbeskrivning) a Best Available Technology for the fish farming is a reality in Europe (a plant in Hannover and another planned in Völklingen), is available and working!

The fish farming techinque in open cages (kasseodling, in swedish), which is currently claimed to be "the unique and best technology available", in the reality is surpassed.
