"Sorry too late" - the answer to Västernorrland Båtförbund

Västernorrland Båtförbund, which wrote an opposition to the fish farms project on March, got an answer from the Miljöprovningsdelegation of the County of Västernorrland: the terms to make an opposition are already overdue. This is undoubtedly true, but the opinion of this association is anyway important: Västernorrland Båtförbund joins 36 boat clubs in the Region, with about 4.000 members.
